How many times have you battled yourself about eating right or exercising? Stop fighting yourself and repeat these four word, "there is no conflict." And choose what will take you towards your fitness goals. Just get it done. Don't you always feel better in the long run when you make the best choice anyways? Don't make it so hard on yourself. Do what you REALLY want. Live your life to it's potential. Be your best YOU. Do it without hesitation. There is no conflict.

Win Your Fitness Battle
From a book that I have been reading:
"Champions are famous for concentrating their energy and efforts on what they want and blocking out anything or anyone who threatens that focus. While average people haphazardly pursue loosely defined goals, champions concentrate on the attainment of a singular purpose with an intensity that borders on obsession.,, While the masses consider making changes every New Year's Eve, the goal setting and planning process is an everyday habit of champions. When the goals are set, champions put mental blinders on and move forward with dogged persistence and ferocious tenacity... champions know sustained concentration of thought and action is usually the true key to their success."
Do you really want to succeed? Concentrate and take action.

What You Don't Have Can't Harm You
If you don't have it around you, you can't eat it. What? "Cheat" foods. Those foods that will take you away from your fitness goals and not towards them. The ones that are either not wholesome for your body or you just simply cannot control binging on. If you have these foods easily accesable, then you are setting yourself up for failure. Go ahead. Try to have them around and be strong. But, it is easier to not have them at all because what you don't have around you cannot consume - not matter how much you want it.
If you must purchase or make an unhealthy item to have around to either treat a family member, guest, or friend purchase or make an item that he or she adores and you can resist or control your portions on. Don't make it hard on yourself sweating bullets while those delicious treats stare you down all day. Enjoy and savor them when you are out, but keep them away from your daily life.
My Challenge to YOU: Only keep foods around that are wholesome or not tempting to binge on.

The Right Thing Without Delay
How many times do we hesitate to make the best choices for our bodies? We compromise, make excuses, and the feel defeated when we choose less than the best. Discouragement sets in and goals are not reached. Do you deserve this? Less than the best when it is in the power of your daily choices to be a fitness success? My challenge to you this week is to do the right thing without delay with your personal diet and exercise routine. There is no conflict. Most, if not all, the time you know what is the best choice for you. Do you want to feel your best? Look your best? Perform your best? Make the right choice without delay.

Consistency - The Key Ingredient to Continued Success
Fitness Warriors,
Motivation and Accountability are two great drivers for success in reaching your fitness goals, but we often lose the spark of motivation and accountability contacts. They are not always there in our weakest moments. How do we still win? Stay consistent. With exercise and staying within our individual diet plans, we must be consistent. Focus on progress, not perfection. As long as you are trying, you have never failed. And, as long as you are seeing progress, you WILL eventually reach your goal. It may not be easy right now, but what great victories in life take little effort? Do you want to be a fitness success story? Stay consistent!
